Leif O. Høegh is Deputy Chairman, Leif Höegh & Co (LHC), Chairman, Höegh Autoliners, Managing Director, Leif Höegh (UK), Chairman, Höegh Eiendom and non executive Director, Partners Capital Investment Group, Hector Rail and NeoMed Management. Prior to joining LHC, Leif O. Høegh worked as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company in Copenha­gen, Stockholm and Atlanta and as an investment banker with the Royal Bank of Canada Group in London and Toronto. He holds an MA in Economics from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Thomas Høegh is the Managing Partner of Arts Alliance Advisors and Chairman and Founder of Arts Alliance Media. Prior to founding Arts Alliance Thomas spent five years as a director of theatre, television and large scale events in both Norway and the US. Thomas trained as a theatre director at Northwestern University. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Morten W. Høegh is Deputy Chairman of Leif Höegh & Co (LHC), Chairman-designate of Höegh LNG, and a non-executive director of Höegh Eiendom and Hector Rail. He is a member of the Committee of the Gard P&I Club. Previously, Morten W. Høegh worked as an investment banker with Morgan Stanley in London. He holds an SB and SM in Ocean Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was named a Baker Scholar. He also attended the Military Russian Program at the Norwegian Defence Intelligence and Security School.
