Ken Bailey - Group Finance Director, HCP Services London
Ken Bailey is Group Finance Director based in London. He joined in June 2007 from UBS Investment Bank. Ken joined UBS in 1990 (then SG Warburg) and played a number of key operational and control roles for the bank over the years, principally in the equities and equity derivatives businesses in both Europe and Asia. He was appointed COO of European Equities in 2000. Ken is a Chartered Accountant and began his career with PWC. He has an MA in Chemistry from St. John’s College, Oxford University.
Håkon Wibstad - Director, HCP Services Oslo
Håkon Wibstad is the Head of Höegh Capital Partners Services AS and Höegh Capital Partners Services ASA in Oslo. He joined in December 2003. Previously, Håkon worked as Business Controller for Norske Skog (1995-2003) and Elkem (now Orkla) (1987-1995), both public industrial companies in Norway. Håkon has an MBA from University of Wisconsin, USA.
Kari Liltved - International Finance Manager, HCP Services Oslo
Kari Liltved works as International Finance Manager in Oslo with responsibility for providing services related to accounting, tax and reporting to clients. She joined in August 2008 from Aker Solutions ASA, an international engineering, construction and technology company, where she was head of Group Accounts. She joined Aker Solutions in 1995 after having spent five years with Arthur Andersen as auditor.
Kari has a Siviløkonom degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH) and is also a State Authorised Public Accountant.
Hjalmar Bøe – Head of Middle Office, HCP ASA Oslo
Hjalmar is Head of the Middle Office team in Oslo. He joined HCP in 2008 as Risk Manager setting up and enhancing the reporting of risk and performance in HCP ASA. Previous to joining HCP Hjalmar worked as Risk Manger at Kaupthing Asset Management and a consultant with SimCorp. He holds a Master’s degree from NTNU in Trondheim in Industrial economics and technology management that included an academic exchange at the University of Western Australia, Perth.
Tim Gaynor - Head of Performance Analysis, HCP Services London
Tim Gaynor is Head of the Performance Analysis Team in London. He joined in 2007 as an Analyst and is responsible for producing and further developing fund and investment reporting. Tim holds a BSc in Politics from the University of Bristol and has been a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants since 2006. Prior to this he worked at Dresender Kleinwort and Deloitte & Touche.
Joy Zhu - Performance Analyst, HCP Services London
Joy is a Performance Analyst and joined in 2008. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Administration from the University of Bath that included an academic exchange at the BI Norwegian School of Management and assignments at UBS Investment Bank and BG Group. Joy is a CIMA part-qualified accountant.
David D'Costa - Performance Analyst, HCP Services London
David is a Performance Analyst and joined in 2010. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Business and Management (Accounting) from Brunel University that included an Industrial Placement as a Product Controller for the Morgan Stanley Commodities business. David is a CIMA part-qualified accountant.
